After this period, the package will be deemed non-refundable.

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation, minus applicable cancellation fees and taxes.

Date changes are allowed up to 14 days prior to the travel date.
After this period, date changes are not permitted.
- Date changes are subject to the availability of package components (e.g., flights, hotels, activities) on the requested new date. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Any fare or price difference between the original and new travel dates will be charged in addition to the date change fee.

- Packages booked under promotions or discounts may have stricter date change rules as specified in the promotion terms.
- Taxes, service fees, and other surcharges are non-refundable and will be applied to the new date as per the applicable rates.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the travel date will not be accommodated, and cancellations, if any, will follow the cancellation policy.

- For packages with unspecified travel dates, guests must confirm their travel dates within 3 months of the invoice issuance. Delays in finalizing dates may result in additional charges or inconveniences.
- As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience, complimentary upgrades to hotels, room categories, or vehicles may be provided when available. These upgrades will be communicated either before or during the trip and will not incur any additional cost.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to the agreed terms. Delays or non-compliance may disrupt services.
